Working with Rules and Guidelines

I am currently working to get a list of rules, guidelines to propose to the group that can be used a base for online communities. This has lead me to some great minds and interesting people. I will post it here when it is ready for your valued feedback.

In the meantime I saw this from Skype and thought it would be useful to discuss.
