So how do people learn in Social Networks?
So we have a great place where people can talk in Social Networks, but how do they actual learn?
This is a question that has vexed me for a long time. It seems that the act of learning is mis-understood. It seems that much of the world believe that just by giving a lecture or reading a book you can gain the learn stuff (or gain knowledge).
Well this is wrong.
I believe it is much more involved and simple than that.
I have ironically written a document that outlines my thinking as a share. This document is part of the my companies Vision Four Step and is entitled "Everything you wanted to know about knowledge management but forgot to ask"
