I'd like to propose we start by looking into the rules that drive online communities. I'd like to see if we can create a standard set of rules.

Post some suggestions Tony and I'll take a look.
We've had to develop some, but they were mainly around security concerns (we send Christian workers to do education, medical and development work to some places that aren't open to Christian agencies).
In the mean time, how about:
